Love this little Guy
I often use a USB Microscope for various hobby DIY projects and in this case I wanted to know the exact size of of two different manufacturers T270 thread and that's not something you can use a micrometer for. The first picture is illuminated by this light source: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CXCQQQL6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 The other two are with the light source turn off and are illuminated with a handheld flashlight, first from the left and the last from the right. Yes I have a light ring just wanted quick and dirty and the flashlight was handy. This are meant to be placed in the eyepiece or occular, but as you can see, just laying them on top of your light source works just as well. It is glass, thicker than a slide cover but not as thick as a slide. And as you can see, the lines are very distinct and easily legible. It comes in a nice small padded plastic box. Related, IMHO the best USB microscope: get whatever USB Video Class (UVC-driverless) camera you want, I recommend a CS mount as you can use either C or CS lenses with a CS mount camera, but not the other way around - Just need a 5mm adapter. I happened to be using a cheapy IMX179 C mount for these pics. I got my C mount microscope lens elsewhere but it is similar to this one sold here on Amazon: Industrial Video Microscope Electronic 130X Monocular Zoom C Mount Lens Glass Objective Lens Eyepiece for HDMI USB CCD Camera(New 50mm 130X)

Good overall
Fits into Swift SW350B, all you need is glue to hold it up, inside the eyepiece. Comes in a rigid plastic box--impossible to break during shipping.

Muy bueno, lo que estaba esperando y la caja en que viene es mejor de lo que pensaba.

Distorts Color and Magnification
If you plan to use this for petrographic microscopy — don’t. Distorts the colors (& birefringence) of minerals and also the magnification you have to use. As a researcher who needs to keep meticulous notes of these things, I can’t use this scale for my work.

Great product!
Exactly what we needed to measure samples under an observation scope!

Perfect, as expected

I did have a problem with it fitting some e/p's but once fitted it is easy to use. Making sure it is not upside down is a problem but easy to fix

Les petites lignes s'efface facilement, produit non durable. Pour le même prix, devrait être vendu en quantité de 25 avec la mention: produit à usage limité.

This Microscope Micrometer had no instructions about use. Not sure how best to use it, as it could easily drop out of a standard microscope eyepiece and fall down the microscope tube. The seller said it replaces the eyepiece after focusing, but I do not see how this can be correct, as other websites consulted say that this type of ocular should be placed in the eyepiece - somehow! Probably best to buy a complete eyepiece with graticule - easier to use.
