Honestly blew my mind how effective it was!

I grabbed this to give it a try during the damp winter months when the household is always fighting some sort of chest cold. After a month of use, I'll admit that it's not a wonder-drug in my own case, though I like to think it helped clear out my chest a bit during a couple small colds. I did find that my overall energy and mood were rather good this season, so perhaps this had something to do with that.The tincture is very gentle and without much of a taste, other than a soothing, earthen flavor. Two drops turn your water a light shade of brown. The dropper works well and the overall ease of use is as simple as adding a couple drops and drinking it down.I do like to experiment with certain healthy supplements, and I'm glad I gave this a try. For the price, though, I'm not sure I'll continue its use throughout the year, but perhaps only during the winter months.

I actually took this as I was supposed to and got absolutely nothing from it so I’d have to say it just tastes awful for the bottles worth. If I’m supposed to get some benefit I’d have known it.

I haven't noticed anything different after taking it for 30 days but it tastes nice. I just drop it under my togue and let it set there for a bit.

We've had the nasty cold/flu bug that's going around and the cough that comes with it. I never thought I'd stop coughing! I feel that this tincture has helped me finally kick that bug. I like the selection of herbs that are in this blend, and it doesn't taste bad either. I wish there was more information on where it is made and testing on the product, but I do like the product and feel it has been beneficial for me. I'm just unsure on the safety of the product.For this price point, I think there should be more transparency on the product. This is at a price point with certified organic products. That's the reason for the 3-star review instead of a 5 star.
