Great travel practice aid
Bought this to help me when I travel to stay in form. When we pianists go on trips we can’t practice, and for me that’s hurtful as without daily practice I lose my muscle memory. This little cutie is not a performing keyboard at all, but it allows you to travel and practice anywhere. Long battery life, nice sound patches, and overall if you travel and need to stay in shape - great for that purpose. I wouldn’t use it for any other use - not for learning, never for performing, but only as a practice traveling keyboard.

Overall pretty good
Got this for my partner and he says this: full keyboard and comes with many different modes but he’s disappointed he can’t play it while it’s charging. The sound is average but for what it is, he feels it’s pretty good. Won’t replace an actual keyboard but it’s a good tool for practice or if you need to hear something. Overall he likes it but still thinks for actual learning you may want an actual keyboard or piano. “Excellent tool” he says

Plays music right out of the box, and the folding feature seems ingenius.
I opened the box, unfolded it, pushed the button, its leds turned on, and the keys made music, no need for an app or to put in batteries or use a midi controller just to hear music, it has a built in speaker which is fine. And when i plugged it into my bluetooth speaker via a headphone cable, it sounded INCREDIBLE. now THIS is the perfect portable keyboard, and i didnt even know i needed a folding keybaord, but i see now there was no other way to get a full piano! I was just buying the cheapest portable keyboard and i got a real gem. Very happy with this. EVery child should be given one to be given teh chance to practice. Better than what Captain Picard's girlfriend was using.

Musicians stay away from this
Not good. Speakers suck, are staticky, keys are so loud, keyboard doesn't lay flat due to connections of the sections underneath. Even with an external speaker or headphones I got horrible audio. Maybe good for a little kid but not any kind of musician. Will be returning ASAP. I was so excited based on reviews on the Web but was highly disappointed

Good enought for what I want
I wasn't impressed at first, didn't sound like a piano at all but it turns out the thing has about a million... well maybe its 128 different sounds many of which sound stupid but it does have some settings that make it sound like a piano should. It includes a pedal, I have no clue what that's for, it's a sustain pedal (thanks Google). It plugs in to the back with sufficient wire to place it on the floor under the desk. I took a few piano lessons a few years ago... okay so it was 50+ years ago so I know a little, very little. I just recently started thinking about trying to learn to play but I spend 300+ nights/year in hotels around the world for work so if I was going to do this, I needed something portable. I thought about one of those roll up things but I don't believe the keys on those have any movement at all whereas this thing is about as similar to an actual piano keyboard as you're going to get in something this portable. It has micro USB, a strike against it but not enough to lose a star. It really should have had USB C but we'll let that slide. It apparently has a built in battery because I kept playing with it for quite awhile after disconnecting the USB. It was still going when I stopped so I'm not sure how long the battery last on a charge. I'll find out when I have more time to test this. The built in speaker is small and thus doesn't sound great but that's to be expected. It has a headphone jack, not sure if it can connect to Bluetooth headphones, maybe I should read the writing I saw on some of the packaging material:-) I use it with wired headphones to avoid driving anyone in the adjacent hotel rooms insane. Build quality seems okay, all the keys seem to have uniform spring tension, none of them are sticky are harder or softer to press. For what I want it for, that is to start learning a little about how to play and doing finger exercises, it's probably the best solution I could get for my circumstances. I have a much nicer but non portable one at home, still new in the box, never opened, that I've had for several years. After I retire I can advance to it but for now and for anyone else requiring the portability of this thing, it seems like it's going to be a good way to go. This is day one, had it for months, just opened it and turned it on for the first time. Played with it for the last couple hours and so far I feel like it's going to work well for me. Give me a month, I'll blame my lack of skill on it and hate it but for now I'm happy:-)

not sure the tradeoffs it makes to be portable are worth it
The keys are full width, and so it kind of almost feels like a real piano. But, the length of the keys and the depth they travel is much shorter than a regular piano or keyboard. The device is light, which is great for carrying around, but it also makes it feel flimsy and move around too much when on a table.

Great piano
Got this for our daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She will be learning the piano this year and we just don’t have the space for a full size. This thing sounds amazing and with it being foldable it is great for our home.

Great concept just not there yet in quality.
Nice enough but overall, not what I would keep. I returned because of uneven gaps between keys, noise pressing keys would be audible enough during recording and keys though full-size width are short lengthwise. For long fingers, really uncomfortable. Quirky where some keys stayed depressed - tried to show in photos. Love the foldable concept and the easy options for operation but the craftsmanship for quality long term use just isn’t there … yet.

It is basically what I expected it to be, but there are two problems that I wasn't expecting. First, I have to put a thing under the very middle of the piano, because it moves when I play it. Second, the internal sounds are pretty terrible even on headphones, and they only make sense in the middle 4 octaves. If you play too low or too high pitches they just don't make sense. And of course the keys don't have any velocity/sensitivity. So in general if you're not going to use it with a computer, I'd suggest going for the shorter version, the one with 2 pieces instead of 4. For computer use, it's perfect, just turn the volume down to 0, and use headphones if the mechanical keypress sound is distracting.

son pas terrible avec les haut-parleurs d'oriine mais très bien avec un casque. pratique pour voyager

I was looking for a full size 88 keys velocity sensitive MIDI keyboard to go along with LOGIC Pro X, serves my purpose. but if you are looking for a standalone keyboard as a replacement for a piano, then it won't work for you, the keys themselves are pretty wobbly and noisy, the build is very flimsy and brittle, the built in tones sound pretty stale, the features are not upto the mark and 2 watt speakers are never enough. the all access and digital downloads are a great deal of nothing, you only get the instruction manual, which again is almost of no use. btw loved the little tote bag that came in the box.
