The classic case is the silver Rimowa briefcase that’s been around for decades and cost a fortune! This briefcase has the same vibe at an affordable price point.I wouldn’t say it’s beaming with quality. For starters, it only has one hinge-support arm. These arms provide stability and keep the lid open. When you only have one it’s easy to bend the arm or the briefcase lid or hinges if you are not careful. So, be careful. This is a weak design, but it also probably keeps the cost down.I like that the interior is so open! With that said, I would have like the option to compartmentalize things. This isn’t a big issue because you can always have pouches or other cases within this case. For example, if you want to carry a cell phone battery backup, many of those come with their own case to hold the cables and power adapter. Just thrown the case in this case and you’re done.I will use this as a crafting projects case. Not so much for home storage, but for travel. When I visit friends and family with kids, I usually like to have something they can make or play with. Backpacks are okay, but it always feels like I’m digging in those.I like the size of this briefcase. It’s large but not overly so. The handles feel sturdy enough. Though I don’t plan on using the combination locking code, it’s nice that they include it.AMAZON PHOTO/DESCRIPTION ACCURACY: The photo and description are accurate.VALUE/VERDICT: This is a nice briefcase. For work, I prefer backpacks and soft-side briefcases for stowing and travel. But this is a great projects and crafting case when going from place to place.
