I haven’t seen much improvement with these but that doesn’t mean they won’t work for someone else. Not very easy to swallow.

Lots of good stuff in these little vitamins. Easy to swallow. Taking them for nerve regeneration after surgery.

Some of the descriptions say these are softgel vitamins. They are not. They are are tablets. They're hard and taste bad. Best to take them with liquid and some food in the stomach.Otherwise, they're normal vitamin tablets. B complex with extra vitamin C.Work fine for me. B vitamins help with energy level
