I used it for testing antifreeze.Unlike chip and inaccurate hifrometers, this is reliable tool that gave me consistent result.High quality and easy to use.

I tested window washer fluid and battery acid and the results were what I expected. The tester was already calibrated out of the box when I tested it with distilled water. I used distilled water to purge the sample tool between tests and used a separate cleaning cloth for the battery acid. I rated a 4 because the scale for the washer fluid is confusing and I needed to take my glasses off to read it accurately. Maybe I need to look at again more closely but the brief look, the washer fluid scale has two different measurements.

I liked that the device was easy to use and very easy to view the results. I highly recommend this device.
