That's more like it!
Some months back I bought an Oukitel WP5 - big, strong, big... All was well until I had a problem with the screen. The seller was spot on and I returned it for a refund. Feeling a little 'once bitten' I went for the X7 Pro instead, and while it's early days, I'm really glad I did!Granted it doesn't have the 8000mah battery but nor does it weigh as much. The design is much more hand-friendly - it's like a normal phone in a rugged case. Android 10, runs absolutely fine (with one oddity that I'll get too), it has a genuinely excellent camera and a decent speaker. Easy to set up (like nearly all phones these days) and easy to use. When I opened the bx I was impressed that Ulefone included a screen protector, then I realised that it was a spare screen protector as one was already fitted to the phone. They're plastic, but they'll stave off scratches and Ulefone's video suggests the screen itself is plenty tough. The also include a plastic lever to help you open the SIM /USB/headphone jack slots. Those waterproof plugs are tight, you may be grateful for this!I'm finding this a pleasure to use, face and fingerprint recognition work well and the only "issue" I have had is a certain slowness in properly displaying photos I load directly onto my phone via an OTG cable (camera doesn't have wireless option). I think it's a case of slightly less processing power than might be ideal, but it all gets there in the end.Time will tell if my initial impressions are borne out, but I am really impressed with this phone. The WP5 is an excellent beast, but beast it is; the X7 Pro feels like a much more complete package.

I love it
I love this phone, it's truly difficult to break. I have dropped it so many times, accidentally dropped it then stood on it, dropped it and kicked it etc. I did manage to mark the screen with welding splatter, but that's just me being stupid. Two issues, the fingreprint scanner doesn't work for me, like 90% doesn't work, however the face recognition is good so now use that.Other issue is the bluetooth. It has failed to connect to devices a few times, I end up removing and re-adding the device.Otherwise it's brilliant, battery life is great, call quality is better than low end models from major brands, it's waterproof so can listen to music in the shower, I would reccomend, especially if you have ever broken or damaged your phone with annoying regularity.

Very happy with my Ulefone. Great value and performance.
I've had this phone 2 months now. Incredible value.Always used high end Samsung phones. Kept dropping them as they are so thin and light and I'm rather clumsy 🙂This phone is great. Ok. It's a bit heavier, but feels great in the hand. And with Android 10 OS it does the job I need.A little slow sometimes but that was to be expected. Actually, it is much better than I thought it would be with slower processor than I'm used to.Have also dropped it a couple times and phone is non the worse for it. Solid. Great quality. No issues. Although, sometimes the power button stops working.Love the short cut key. Great idea.Does what it says on the tin.Don't think I'll go to a high end phone again. Everything I need is provided with my X7.Would definitely recommend.... And am doing. Don't think there is a better, sturdy, cheap Android phone on the market.

Started off well, but didn't last long
As with all items you purchase these days, you are asked to review within hours of receiving the item. However, this phone I purchased back in August 2020. Based on the reviews I was after a phone that could take a few knock. Its supposed to be tuff & almost unbreakable. Unfortunately this phone started to have troubles after just 6 months. Mainly due to software issues, lack of storage, and just having a mind of its own. I have persevered, putting up with the slow performance, Apps not opening or able to download in the first place. Gone through several factory resets. It just doesn't want to open basic apps like BBC sport or Ordinance survey maps. I currently have used 12.5GB from 32GB available, but apparently I don't have enough space, even after performing all to fixes suggested.A very poor product

Very tough, and not much else
Mine may possibly be a rare, defective product. Mine happens to be slow, buggy, glitchy, with a barely responsive touch screen and a fingerprint scanner that is trash. I've not even had it for 5 months yet, and took fairly good care so far. It is a pity too, because the design is rugged, water resistant, with the ability to take decent photos and videos underwater. The phone has many useful features also – digital compass, gyroscope and accelerometer; screen recorder; and a whole lot more. It may just have insufficient memory or poor processing power, or just inferior parts/components. The phone is a good idea that was poorly executed.

Heavy
Tough and fast, although it is a bit heavy at a bit less than half a kilo, bright screen can be read in sunlight
