I’ve heard a lot of great things from this brand and creatine in general for recovery so I was excited to try. The watermelon smells amazing. I like the concept of hummus supplements because it’s quick and easy to take. I pop them in right before I go to the gym. I will say the my smell better than they taste but I mean the watermelon sweet smells amazing is rich and the watermelon taste is faint. But they don’t taste bad at all. Just not as as sweet as they smell but that’s a moot point considering it’s not candy it’s a supplement. I’m happy with the flavor I chose

The watermelon flavor is amazing. Easy to take if you’re on the go. I’ll take three gummies in the morning. I’ve noticed improved sleep and recovery. Great way to get your creatine in.

I ordered watermelon for the flavor and it is so bad tasting and smelling that my husband said I can’t take them anymore. I hate them as well. I have ordered a different kind and flavor and will throw these away as soon as I receive the new ones

I’ve noticed significantly less soreness since starting these creatine gummies. They’re easy to take, taste good, and are a great alternative if you don’t love powders. I’ve been using them consistently with my workouts and have felt a real difference in recovery. Convenient, effective, and something I’ll continue to use.

Does not taste good, need to eat 3 for only 4.5g and there's 5g of sugar per serving. Do not recommend.

the creatine in this is good quality and I do feel like it's working. Recovery has been solid and I have no issues with how my body handles it. The problem is everything else. The watermelon flavor is super weak, basically just slightly sweet with a hint of something fruity. The gummies are enormous so taking your daily dose feels like a chore. And the bottle is ridiculously oversized which makes no sense to me. If this was 30 bucks I'd say sure go for it, but at 50 you're paying a lot for a product that's just okay in the experience department. I might try a different flavor next time to see if that's any better.
