The extra firm density is SUPER GREAT for plantar fasciitis!!!
I just bought this and delivery was quick on 12/16/21. I have plantar fasciitis and this gave me great relief soonest I used it. The product is of high quality. I got the extra firm density and it's perfect. It doesn't hurt, the pressure is good. The construction is similar to the high density back foam rollers but they made it for the feet and you can also use it on your arm or wrist for tired hands! I love how the roller has thick grooves compared to the pointed ones from a roller ball. It does feel like you're being massaged with a knuckle. I love this and highly recommend. It's made for athletes, marathoners so rest-assured it gives relief for foot recovery. I wear size 8 women and the roller works well. I use it while sitting at my work desk and standing up is actually better to put more pressure. Packaging was intact, sealed and well packed, clean and definitely unused new item.

Fantastic
This little thing is fantastic! I've been bothered a lot recently by plantar fasciitis. I'm too young too be hobbling around like an old man. What amazed me was that it worked immediately. We are moving into a new house right now, so I've been on my feet packing and carrying heavy loads to the truck. I sat down the night it arrived and rolled my feet back and forth on it for about 10 minutes a piece. My feet felt better and I went to bed. The next morning, I realized after about an hour after getting up that I wasn't hobbling and my feet didn't hurt. The next night, my wife was worn out and used it. She was really happy with the results as well. This is a solid, professionally made product. We highly recommend it!

Good Product: My Pros and Cons!
I have minor foot pains, but intense plantar fascitis and after reading reviews from users who have this too and have felt results, I wanted to try this out.The product is good, but I would not say it's great- which led to creating my 4 out of 5 stars.A con for this product is the ability to withstand pressure placed on it; I put all the weight of my body onto the roller and rolled my feet and I am 4'11, 135 pounds and the roller did not feel secure at all- it felt very wobbly.I do love the design of this trigger point tool though, and am a huge fan of this brand! My pro for this product is that I did roll this onto the plantar of my feet for about 10 minutes each foot and my tendons and muscles felt so much at ease and relaxed and de-pressureized, which was my purpose for purchasing the product!I would recommend this to, but would maybe consider buying the extra firm one (black colored, not orange).

deep tissue release. great for cramping in the arches of feet.
I have three foam rollers by the same brand. My therapist told me I could roll my feet on a pvc pipe for my repeated foot pain and cramping but I knew right away this foot roller is gonna go a long way for me. Now I have two of these and use them everyday on both my feet when I sit at my desk. My cramping has since gone away but I am still feeling some very deep localized pain across various spots on my feet when I use this product. The temperary pain is worth it though! I feel much more balanced when I walk and the cramping in the arches of my feet have gone away. Oh another benefit is the burning pain on my feet have been keeping me awake at work.

Restless Leg Syndrome helper.
I have a condition called restless legs syndrome, it occurs not only when I sleep but lately all the time. I use it at my desk while working to not only keep sharp mind but also relax my foot muscles. It stops my twitching and constant want to move legs or scratch them. 10/10.

Wonderful tool!
I LOVE this thing. It's more helpful for my plantar fasciitis than anything else I've tried. I work in a physical therapy studio so I've tried everything and this is the winner! As soon as we got them at work and I tried it, I was sold immediately and purchased one for home. My only complaint is that it's impossible to use on hard floors because the part that touches the floor is hard plastic so it slides instead of rolls. It needs a silicone band or something to give it some grip. I added a strip of a nice grippy gaffer tape around this part so we can use it anywhere, not just on a rug or carpet.

"Foot to Foot" vs Gofit
First, I paid full price, after spending hours reading very plantar fasciitis device on Amazon.I bought this and the GoFit Massage roller, see below. I am keeping both, but,https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OJHLB9O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I liked (see below) the center portion of this TriggerPoint slightly better than the GoFit (would have preferred smaller bumps), but the GoFit is almost as good (would have preferred bigger bumps on the GoFit). The wheels are far superior on the GoFit, as it is made of urethane that is jus very slightly flexible, like inline skate wheels. This TriggerPoint has hard plastic wheels, which makes it harder to use on wood or tile floors. The Trigger point is somewhat slippery. Also, the regular version of TriggerPoint is $5.5 more than the GoFit, and the extra firm version over $10 more. If you only get one, I would get the GoFit.Now, I first bought the Exra Firm, found it too firm, and swapped for the regular. In reality, the difference is very minor. The regular version is only slightly less firm.Update July 27. Finally, how much do they help with plantar fasciitis? After using for 4 weeks, almost none. The bumps are actually too far apart, so the massage action does not feel good. Prefer the GoFit.
