I bought this because though at one time I could drive comfortably for 2 or 3 hundred miles,I find now after an hours driving the seat of my Vauxhall Corsa starts to feel like I'm sitting on concrete. Never was very naturally padded in that area and at 73 comfort has become a bit problematic. This cushion I would say is about an inch and a half deep at the back and tapers to the front. They are about two thirds the depth of the seat.Info on label says place it centrally on seat,I tend to move it back a bit.It is very comfy but where the cut out for the cocyx is,it issomething you feel or notice.In the first few mid runs my attention seemed to settle on it,no discomfort though.The big test was the drive from the NW to cornwall.370 miles one way.No longer noticed the cut out.With two breaks to the journey felt comfortable all the time.There are two design problems with my 1.2 Corsa SE the dash is very high and even with the seat fully raised,it doesn't give confidence when trying to park up close to a wall say.I'm 5ft 5 not particularly short.This seat also acts as a booster,so good too.As for people with back problems I don't think this seat offers much of a solution.Back to my Corsa,like most cars I have had, the drivers seat overdoes it with lumbar support.Ok for a short run but after more than an hour I find it very uncomfortable.My partial solution is to put a small rolled up towel in the angle of the seat,it helped to do this with this cushion too.Because of its thickness one tends to roll a bit on the seat not a real problem with your hands on the steering wheel,a passenger using one may find it problematic.It is recommended with caveats.This is probably one of the best car seat cushions out there,I am not tempted to try a different one.Final point, on shortish trips say 20-40 miles it feels like heaven.Durabillity,wait and see.Memory foam,hmm,it feels like a cross between memory foam and ordinary foam,def better than ordinary foam.Try one but stick with it till you get use to its quirks.

The cushion is made from a firm memory foam. It does prevent pressure on the coccyx. I purchased this due to coccyx pain following a long haul flight to Australia. I have used it one on a 4 hour road trip. It was very comfortable and it will have it's full test on my next flight to Australia. I cannot comment further as it has only been used once and has not yet been washed. It was very cheap in comparison to other cushions so time will tell.

It isn’t as substantial as you might expect. It’s nice but I need something bigger.

Terrible cushion, it does not do as it promises, it pancakes down after sitting for maybe the length of a movie. It is even worse on a gaming style computer chair which are called bucket styled seats just like you get in many cars these days, if you do try it on these seats in makes the cushion flatten at the sides and bend in the middle, very sore to sit on and makes pressure ulcers etc even worse. I have a real leather bucket seat and it ends up sliding on it, so its not anti slip proof either as they also promise. This has been a complete waste of money for me and its really only fit for the bin which is very sad as I expected so much better.

Very comfortable and helps with my lower spine issues. Will be using it at home, in the car and in the motorbike and sidecar.

I bought this for long journeys driving which I haven’t done yet but my husband has started using it instead and has got a lot of comfort for his chronic back. I am going to buy another one! I’ve sat in the evenings in an armchair and found it helped too

今まで高反発のクッションを使っていましたが、クッションがずれて動きやすかったのと、高反発だけあって衝撃を受けると体が上下に動くのが不快だったので、Amazonでも評価が高いメーカーの、車用の本製品を購入しました。 サイズは最初デカいのかな、と思ってましたが、実際は思ったより小さく、車のシートの縦3分の2ぐらいの大きさでした。 クッションをすることで補高してくれるので、通常の座面の股関節の過屈曲（臀部が落ち込む感じ）が嫌いな人、その姿勢だと腰痛・下肢の痺れが増す人や、仙骨部分がカットされているので仙腸関節の痛み・痺れがある人にはいいと思います。（自分の場合は痺れがほぼ慢性的なため完全には無くなりませんが、クッションがあった方が楽になる感じです。） また使用中、シートとズレづらく、運転中座り直したり、クッションを動かすことがなくなりました。 クッションカバーは夏には熱い感じなのでメッシュのカバーとか別売りでも出してもらえればいいですね。 迷っているなら試す価値ありますよ。

Cómodo y de buen tamaño si funciona

We did a half lap around Australia last year and I was really nervous as we had some loooong days in the car and after 2-4 hours I used to get a lot of pain in my left leg. Bought this, and it was brilliant. Wouldn’t have made it around without it. Didn’t get any of my usual leg pain and it was comfortable too. An absolutely brilliant product.
