Heavy!! Prepare to have multiple helpers to install. Beautiful once installed

Defect and no customer service!
Do not buy from this manufacturer/seller! Mine came with crack and rough surface area along rim of tub right where you would be touching or resting arm on tub. It's small so escaped my notice at drop off inspection but for such an expensive tub I think it's reasonable to expect it to be free from defects. I emailed the manufacturer twice and have been completely ignored. So while these stone resin tubs can be nice and smooth and beautiful if free from defects, DO NOT BUY FROM CPINGAO!

Not scratch free
Check before accepting delivery. It has dent and scratch. Other than that okay
