I purchased this product years ago when it first surfaced and was extremely popular. I did the program and received amazing results. I kept the product all these years so that I can help others lose weight and also if I ever needed to use it again. I had the program stored in a guest bedroom closet where there was a very bad leak in the ceiling that we were unaware of and by the time we realized it, our things were ruined and covered in mold. I searched everywhere on the internet looking for this product and finally found it here. I was very pleased to see that it came with the ENTIRE program and the price was unbelievable!!! It does take some time to sit down and assemble and customize the program to FIT YOU, and it may take a little patience, but trust me IT REALLY WORKS!!! If you follow the program and read and study it, you will be provided with tools you can use for a lifetime! Good luck all!!

it's great if you follow the plan for your body type, but you must keep the food that goes with your body type in your refrigerator.

This program has really gotten me the kick start I needed. It's real food and it's FOOD not shakes, etc. By the end of the 3rd week the total loss was 22. I'm just now into my 4th week. We went on vacation and I was able to eat out and choose items that were so much more healthy than the way I was eating. I wasn't perfect on vacation, but I sure ate better and felt better. I have a long ways to go and I know this is how I need to eat.It's true that you feel like you are constantly eating because you have 5 meals a day!I am loving this program. I feel better so I am starting with light excercise now and will work up to more. I'm sure that will help with the weight loss.Even my husband is eating healthy now too.

There was no binder which was supposed to be in the kit. How the heck are you supposed to keep everything together with no binder. I have done this diet before. Loved it. Lost so much weight but I think I'm sending this back cuz I can't make it work with no binder. Was hoping to start the diet tomorrow:(

The concept is great, but the routine is boring. For breakfast it is one protein portion and one fruit portion. Your protein choice are limited to eggs or turkey sausage. No dairy products or carbs. Try that for six weeks. First two weeks I did lose 12 pounds that i had gained over the holidays. But have plateau since. Been exercising three times a week for an hour. Eating five meals a day is suppose to increase metabolism, but did not see that.

I was given this program 10 years ago, and it helped me drop 25lbs! I didn't even follow the program as strictly as I should of. I just used some of the good habits, e.g, lots of water, eating fresh foods many times a day, exercise etc.I've kept most of the habits of the system and I've been able to keep the weight off.I've now purchased the newer version of the program, and I'm going to follow it exactly to loose the last 15 that I've always wanted to loose.If you follow the program it really works and its possible to maintain! It's not easy, but if you're committed this is the plan for you!!

I purchased this new...when it showed up it was used. Someone's handwriting is all over in it! Really disappointing, don't buy from these people, you end up with used garage sale junk.

I was worried when I didn't see Michael Thurmond face on the package, like few years back when did program was popular . Ordered it cause I lost 20 pounds before with it, and after deliver my second child I needed to loose the weight again. The only one that worked for me EVER. Lost 10 pounds and going to loose the final 13. I mix it with my p90x 3, and couldn't be happier.
