Provides great relief
These were better than I expected. The cushion is thick but but didn't hinder walking - was super comfortable. The adhesive was strong - removed temporarily for showering and then re-applied and the adhesive remained sticky to last the whole day.

The Zen toes took the pressure of my hammer toes and some calloused areas on the ball and outerside of my foot.I used four pads, I also showered and only one came off. Not bad,
