Q: It seems like every order has most or all of the bags with the vacuum seal broken. Air pushes right out of the bags. Should I return?

I find that even when I buy coffee beans at the grocery store the vacuum seal is usually broken. I just give it a whiff. If it smells like fresh coffee, I just buy it and use it. I have never felt the need to return it. I do store it in an air-tight container. Starbucks’ French Roast is my favorite. I think there are a lot of us out there who favor the French roast, so it’s probably pretty fresh anyway. Of course, it would be better if the vacuum seal were not broken, but I don’t think those seals can withstand all that they go through in the shipping process. Hope this helps.

each bag is different. ive never gotten a bad bag and their all vaccum sealed, you cam even freeze them.
