Not good if you’re tall this is only good for short people
So I got these for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I’m 5 foot 10. When I sit in the seat these do not even come close to my neck, they’re hitting me at the back of my shoulder blades. I would literally have to be lying down with my knees all the way forward into the dashboard, for them to support my neck. I’m giving it 3 stars because they make the seats look more premium, but only for aesthetics, that’s it. No support.The only way I see this supporting someone’s neck as if they are small , about 4 foot five, and have huge seats

Beautiful quality, better for lower headrests
Although the straps on this pillow are long enough to fit around my larger SUV headrest, I'm over six feet tall, so my headrest is raised up about 4-5 inches from the seat. This causes the pillow to recess into the gap between the seat and the headrest and it just doesn't protrude enough to provide me with enough neck support. It feels like there isn't really a pillow there at all.If you're shorter and keep your headrest flush against the seat, this should work fine and fit most cars, but it really didn't offer much difference due to my taller headrest height. Otherwise, it's a beautifully made, quality leather pillow that looks very expensive. I just wish it was a little wider to protrude more horizontally, so I could lean back and actually rest my neck against it.

Works perfectly with Mercedes
Easy to install (strap simply slides over the headrest). Purchased for 2025 AMG 63 - G LINE. I am 5'5 , all standard automotive headrests are too high for short people. This slide on headrest perfectly bridges the gap between the shoulder of the seat and the headrest making it extremely comfortable and increases safety (because I actually have a headrest). Passengers say it hits their body at shoulder level (5'9 male) but still feels comfortable. I have these in all of our cars. Amazing for kids, 8-12 yrs old as well. Love these.
