I can relate to what a couple of the other reviewers said about the computer coming from overseas and the default search engines being Chinese (though the latter takes all of five minutes to switch to your preferred settings and is not a big deal). The former is a concern because if there are any issues with the computer, there's not a quick American company I can call for easy customer support. So why five stars? For the reasons I bought the computer in the first place: 32BG of RAM, a powerful processor, and 6 fans to keep the computer running cool. All of them (thus far anyway) are working wondrously. The computer boots up in an instant, runs fast even with the internet open and a game running, and most importantly - the gaming is great. Now I acknowledge my understanding of computers is limited, and my basis for how efficient a gaming computer is depends on how well it runs Total War Warhammer 3 (which isn't a great basis), but my last gaming computer I bought for $600 five years ago could BARELY run TWW2, and had to do so on the lowest settings. Load times took 10-15 minutes between every battle, and the computer went into overheat mode anytime I played a game with high graphics. So I bought this PC specifically for the high GB RAM, processor, and 6 fans - and it blows my prior computer out of the water. TWW3 runs at the highest graphic settings, loads in seconds, and the fans keep the computer running smoothly, quietly and cool. So far all my expectations are met. Conclusion: So far, this computer runs like a dream. If you know a thing or two about computers and can fix any small issues that come up, even better. If you want customer support for your product, however, you may want to buy from a local American company.

Completely happy with this purchase. No problems at all. 4k renders, epic quality gaming no issues. It is very quiet, and a nice size. Absolutely recommend!

Awful, crashes non stop. Here’s what has occurred: • Multiple Windows Update failures (Error 0x800f0991). • Frequent browser crashes and corrupted system files. • Running SFC and DISM showed corruption that reappeared after repairs. • CHKDSK scan revealed unreadable directories and bad sectors. • Immediately after scheduling a full scan, the PC booted into Automatic Repair and could not start Windows normally. These are definitive signs of storage hardware failure — not a software or user issue. The system was fully updated, no overclocking or third-party modifications were performed. Shipping takes way too long, did not arrive on time. Now I must pack it to get my return and be without a computer , at least I could work 5 minutes on this one...now I have to interrupt my week to find a replacement

We got this for my husband, and he loves it. It is not loud, easy to set up, and a great deal. He typically is gaming every night and we have not had any issues with the speed or wifi connections. Definitely a great Gaming PC.

Runs perfectly without any issues. However, be sure to read the other reviews first. With their advice combined I was able to overcome all the hurdles. If you are concerned about malware, spyware etc. follow standard virus procedure check, personally I fully wiped and re-imaged the SSD for a fresh start. If you are looking to secure boot there is a Reddit forum that shows where it is just search under Great Wall bios secure boot. Only complaint is that there are only 2 slots for ram instead of 4.
