I was hesitant to do the shots everyone else seems to be on these days. However, I needed something to help give me a boost as I am in my forties with a sedentary job and joint issues (probably largely due to being overweight). After a lot of research I landed on this supplement. It has been a surprisingly positive experience. The pills are a little on the large side but they are soft gels so they go down easily. They really do curb your appetite and quiet the “food noise” that leads to mindless eating. I also started experiencing a sour stomach and abdominal pain. I would not recommend this to anyone. I did take all of this product and had no side effects. I took 2 caps in the morning with food. I wasn't able to specifically see how well this worked. I took it with a stack of other supplements and noticed some cravings subsided and did lose a couple pounds. If I were to take again, I would take 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap in the evening. I like that this was 1500mg as I heard this was the recommended base dosage by some Internist amd functional medicine doctor's recommendations.
