Not Plug and Play for 2001 F-150
Not an easy install for a 2001 F-150. The mounting bolts have square shaped plastic spacers that prevent the headlight from sliding on the plastic mounting rails on the truck. I had to remove the square spacers from all 6 mounting bolts and install the star shaped spacers from the OEM headlights....no fun. Still not easy to get the head light to slide into place. The headlight comes with bulbs but there are no bulbs in the parking lights. The gap between the headlight and the parking light is not even. It is larger at the bottom. If you want to install LED bulbs, do it now or you will need to remove the headlights and parking lights again.

Pretty difficult installation
They look very nice however trying to install them is very difficult the mounting squares aren’t shaped properly to fit, and very loose, me and my brother had to cut it out the edges to make it fit.

Doesn't fit 2002 F150
Don't waste your time I saw another review saying it didn't fit their F150 either I'm sure they don't fit ANY F150. Don't waste your time on these they require way too much modification it's truly a waste of time I filed a return. I wish these would've fit perfectly because they're very cool looking but they do not fit F150.
