inflates fast, pain reliever
By the 50/50 reviews, I'd give this product a try. It's comfortable, hasn't lost its shape and I've used it every night for about 3 weeks now. I have a queen mattress, and it doesn't take up much space on the bed. I have it pushed up against the wall a little more so my fiancé has a lot more space. As soon as I took it out of the vacuum sealed bag, I gave it about 2 hours before using it. I did notice that it inflated a lot faster that I thought about right after I fluffed it a bit it was a lot fuller. I like a bit of a flatter pillow now like a piece of paper flat but less cushion. I feel that this pillow hits that quality for me and works great. The zipper on the side of the pillow isn't noticeable at all, I can't feel it when I sleep.I have some back pain, not an everyday thing; but when I lay down on my side and stuff either ends of the pillow under my back there is a good difference in pain relief.

Pretty Comfortable
I bought this after trying the Boppy side sleeper pillow, which only ended up making me sore and grumpy from poor sleep. This full body pillow takes the place of your regular pillow as well as a knee/hip pillow, and it will keep you lying on your side. It’s pretty firm with a soft cover, and it allows you to change sides fairly easily. I find it comfortable, and I lay a satin pillowcase on the head portion for my hair. However, there are a few drawbacks. As my belly got bigger, I found it difficult to prop it up using the sides of this pillow and I would inevitably slide off the pillow sides; I had to get small throw pillows to put underneath the sides on which my belly could rest. And while the material is soft, it does hold onto body heat - not bad for winter, but you may wake up hot and a bit sweaty in summer. I took that risk because the more breathable cover option looked less soft, and I figured that our portable A/C and a fan will help me stay cool. That has mostly worked for me, though I find I am better off sleeping without a blanket most of the time or with just a thin sheet. Besides that, I found I would occasionally wake up feeling a bit cramped and claustrophobic - pretty odd for me, but I chalk that up to being mostly a pregnancy thing. The good news is that the pillow sides are flexible enough that you can spread them a bit to accommodate your particular body size.

Cooling!
Great quality and the cooling temperature of the material is perfect for pregnancy hot flashes. Great for pain relief in the lower back. I’ve had better sleep since using this while prego.

Unfortunately not for me: Too floppy, gave me neck pain, and feels like wresting a giant squid
I feel like I'm the only person in the world who doesn't like this pillow 🙁. I bought it at the beginning of my 2nd trimester, and tried using it on and off for 3 months before giving up. The head rest is too thick to be comfortable, and gives me neck pain. The moveable leg section is too thin, and doesn't give me the leg support I need. It's also very floppy and doesn't stay firmly against my body like I was hoping. I thought as my pregnancy progressed it would fit better, but it's still uncomfortable.I also didn't realize how absolutely massive it is, even after looking at the measurements and product photos. I don't suggest using this unless you have a king-sized bed or larger. It takes up 2/3 of our queen-sized bed, and it still pushes my husband off the bed if I shift in my sleep. We jokingly call it The Squid because the floppy "arms" make it feel like you're wrestling a giant squid all night. All in all, not for me. But everyone's pregnancy's different, and I have friends who swear by this pillow, so it might still be for you!

Pillow changed my nights/life.
I was miserable at night so my husband convinced me to make this purchase, I'm so glad I did. I'm much more comfortable thanks to the belly and hip support. I used to constantly wake up in pain and have to reposition, but now I'm sleeping well through the night. Between the size of this pillow and the dogs my husband now has about 1 inch of space at the edge of our queen sized bed all to himself.

Great pillow
The pillow is good quality, very soft and the material seems sturdy. It was a little over stuffed for my taste but I just took some out and haven't had a problem since. I don't ever have a problem with it slipping or sliding around and it definitely offers support which helps my back pain.
