They WORK and Taste good
The taste is great and it will knock you out. I do seem to have issues with having nightmares when I take them, which could be a 'me' problem. We always keep them in the house for nights we just can't shut our minds off and it's never failed anyone in the house.

Works and Tastes Great
Tastes great and helps me sleep! I was taking Advil PM to get to sleep but my doctor recommended Melatonin. I was skeptical it would work but it totally does. I take 1 an hour before bed and I have no issues getting to sleep and staying asleep.

Fast acting, literally grows on you.
I have been taking Melatonin for years in pill form. This seems to be faster acting than any other brand I have taken. One suggestion however is to take it and either rinse your mouth or brush your teeth afterwards because you will swear that you swallowed you pillow during your sleep.
