Compact but Difficult to Read
This reference card is very compact, which makes it convenient to carry as a badge buddy. However, the text and rhythm strips are extremely small—if you don’t have excellent eyesight or a magnifying glass, it’s hard to read and identify the rhythms clearly. While it’s marketed as a quick interpretation guide, I found myself spending more time trying to distinguish the waves than actually interpreting them. For basic portability, it’s fine, but if you’re looking for a more practical tool for rapid rhythm recognition, this card falls short.

Different heart rhythms and what needs immediate attention.
I'm a retired cardiac ICU NURSE so this information is very useful to me. I'm not sure how useful it is to those that are not used to reading heart rhythms and knowing the significance of what they mean. I know what needs immediate follow up.

Small and useful
It is smaller than I thought it would be. But it is packed with a lot of information. I am able to use it without magnification.

It is really small and hard to read.
This ECG rhythm chart is the size of a business card. I could read it just fine, 25 years ago. Today, I need magnifying glasses. I probably missed it, but I did not see where it mentioned the size was that small. Had I noticed that, I would not have purchased it.

Amazing little card and has cutouts to put vertically or horizontal

Peace of mind and recording ability.
Love having it in the house. With 2 people with heart conditions, it's nice to be able to check for arrhythmias at home. And being able to save the recording to show to the doctor at ER or in his office.
