Good quality, well carved
I had first wanted a different design offered by another manufacturer, but many reviews said they were shoddy. I went with a maker that was well reviewed and chose the Star design, and I don't regret it. This is beautifully made, carved with precision and with enough depth that the impression is very clear on the pasta. It is unfinished, but so smooth that it feels finished. Very sturdy and I expect to get years of use out of it.

Finitions à améliorer
Ce sont de bons emportes pièces, mais ils mériteraient d'avoir des creux un peu plus profonds pour mieux marquer la pâte. Les finitions laissent un peu à désirer (du moins sur ceux qui m'ont été livrés), il restait des copeaux de bois dans les creux.Avant la première utilisation, il est préférable de les brosser avec une brosse souple sous un filet d'eau chaude (juste de l'eau, pas de produit nettoyant). Bien laisser sécher avant de les utiliser. Par la suite, pour les nettoyer il suffira de laisser sécher les résidus de pâte et de brosser avec une petite brosse (genre brosse à dents).
