My Granddaughter who is in her first year of piano loves this book the songs are familiar and she enjoys playing songs she knows and loves. Her siblings & friends also like hearing these songs . Some of them challenge her a bit but most she can work her way through and it builds her confidence to have fun songs.

Beginning students love when they can play something they know and it sounds good - this book offers that. This book has songs kids will know & will love playing. It’s written in 5-tone positions & the fingering chart is given at the top of the page. Works great with even young beginners. The teacher duet part makes the piece sound exciting & parents love hearing their children play these duets with their teacher!

My daughter loves these books. Finds them fun and memorizes them.

These books were recommended by her teacher for lessons and are quite enjoyable.

Love the book

It has more so a melody and the bottom can be confusing for brand new beginners I was more so hoping it would be a longer song and start more from the beginning however it still is fun and easy enough to play.

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter who has been taking piano lessons for a little over a year now. She noticed the book on the cover of her regular books and asked for it. What a cool surprise this has been! She is currently working on “Do you want to build a snowman” from Frozen and she is planning to play it on her next recital (her third) this spring. The fact that they were able to put together Disney classics in a way that my 5 year old can play it’s wonderful! This book has also been the introduction to terms that she had not yet learned, such as tie and quarter rest. It has definitely kept her motivated and engaged. She already has plans to work on Winnie The Pooh next. We highly recommend as a complement to the original primer level course.
