Q: Why is there only 2 boxes of 6 packets in each? Vendors doing this should be removed from amazon

I was duped by another vendor. They play on words. Saying 2 boxes of 6 packets is simple. But they cleverly make the consumer ASSUME they are talking about boxes because of the price and quantities they mention. This is intentional disception. No one would pay $25 for something they paid $1 for in the stores a few months ago.

Q: would like to know how i can get a hold of someone about my order. i ordered the 12 pack and only received 1 box but got charged full price?

Q: Is this only six packets, or six boxes? The boxes are $1 at kroger

I was really angered when I got this and it was only 6 little single-serving packets in ONE BOX. A real rip off. Like you say, these boxes are usually only about a dollar in supermarkets so paying $6 I thought I would get 6 BOXES of 6 PACKETS (or 36 packets total.) NO! Only 1 box of 6 packets. A big RIP-OFF!
