After careful researching I found these. They are marketed as immune boosting but I use them daily as it contains most minerals that our bodies use. Great tasting & easy to use just drop in water and watch it disappear. I hardly get sick when every one around me is going thru something. Highly recommend.

Good hydration. Ok taste. I use these in empty Gatorade bottles. Two tablets per bottle with filtered water does the trick, the ones that used to be 32 oz. Stupid shrinkflation but I digress. You do need to shake them up and let them sit for a while while the tablets dissolve. Then you need to shake them up again. I thought the taste was OK at best.

These are a lot easier to travel with than other electrolyte powders and I love that about them!! The orange flavor is also my favorite but this variety pack is great for those who have not tried them!

These are great and I have suggested them to other's children in my family who had chronic respiratory illnesses. The 7 year old takes them everyday and has drastically improved and not quite as sick as he was before this regimen. HOWEVER, I am striving to clean my diet up and try to avoid things like DEXTROSE and MALTODEXTRIN, not sure why it has to be in there when they are also using Stevia in this concoction. I need electrolytes, but all junk must go so I guess I will be donating my remaining inventory. I use Nuun for many activities but mainly purchased my initial supply about two years ago for when I play golf in the hot North Carolina summers. I play 5 to 6 times a week, I almost always walk and the course i usually play on is very long, about 8 miles per round includes going to the range. Prior to using Nuun I would often feel very tired and a bit light headed by the 12th or 13th hole. Once I began using Nuun tablets I would drink 3 or 4 bottles worth per round and even when the temps were in the 90s and humidity was high I would finish my round feeling just fine. BTW I am 68 and play well over 220 rounds per year. Taste is okay, not overpowering but really did the trick for me when Power aide and Gatorade didn't seem to help very much.
