OXO Tot Food Masher - Opal

This masher is great. Sure, using a fork could give a similar result, but I think this masher's surface area makes it easier and faster (especially for really small foods like blueberries). It's easy to use, cleans easily, and I like that it's compact. Great buy!

I know this is marketed to be for baby food, but I use it to mash up my cats’ wet food.Many cat owners know that if you feed a can of wet food that is chunks and sauce or Chunky in anyway that cats will most often lick the sauce and leave the chunks.This little food masher works incredibly well, even just the little masher on its own without the bowl.To me, it’s actually surprising how well it works because the grooves are pretty flat. It definitely does not take much effort or a long time to get any style of chunky cat food into a mash.It’s easy to clean, does not take up much space and it works unbelievably well.I had been looking for something to mash up my cats food because I have arthritis in my thumb and using a fork, always added to my pain, my hand. This is much easier to use and smashes the food much better than a fork.Highly recommend for probably anything that needs to be mashed up

My cat with kidney failure will only eat pate cat food. Unfortunately the prescription food only has one type of pate food. We bought this to “mash” his food into pate form. It works great for this, is easy to remove the food from, easy to clean, and durable. Highly recommend if you have a picky cat!

This is great for travel and smashing avocados. I got it for my newborn, and we use it every day. It’s sturdy nice easy to clean, and just good to have in every kitchen with a baby.

Pretty basic masher. Does it’s job, maybe good for travel. In hindsight I would have preferred to get a mill style of masher for stage one solids.

5 out of 5! Obsessed with this. I originally bought to mash up my baby's food, but now we use it for all of us. It was great to mash up her baby food, but also just easy to use for many meals we make! My favorite part is that it has a lid, so I can mash up avocado and store the rest for later if I don't need it right away. Also, anything that is dishwasher friendly is a win in my book!
