Really pretty. Excellent quality. Heavy, but not like weighing you down, just well made. I thought it would be a smidge longer than it is, but the purse I bought it for is small, so it's probably a good thing it's not much larger than it is. harms are fabulous. Great mix of cool/cute/fashion/etc. You get what you pay for, and this is exactly what I expect from Coach.

Got this chain motif charm for my quilted tabby and omg! I am obsessed. The material is sturdy. The charms were each individually wrapped and packaging was top tier. The item is not too heavy and will compliment any bag. The links on the chain itself are well constructed and will last a long time. The size perfectly complements your bag without stealing the show.

returned my purchase in the same condition it was delivered, but I was still charged a damaged fee. This is extremely disappointing and feels dishonest. A brand like Coach should value customer trust and not penalize buyers for their own mistake.
