Well built - but heavy
Typical solid, no nonsense, German engineering and you can feel the quality of this chair as son as you pick it up to assemble it - it's heavy! The supplied Alan key is not much use so you need a decent 5mm Alan Key to get some leverage on the bolts but the product itself is really well made, provides good support for my back and as soon as I sat down on the chair I could tell this would last for years. Worth every penny (or cent, or dollar...).
