I am a Swiffer girl. Always have been. I tried this mop and fell in love immediately! Not only is NOT battery operated (which is HUGE because I clean a LOT and go through a mass amount of batteries for my Swiffer Wet Jet) but I LOVE the refillable cartridge that I can put my OWN cleaner in! I can CHOOSE what smell I want my apartment to smell like.... and if I want to change it up I can! Plus, when I want to just to do a quick mop over for smell I can use one solution.... and when I want to really deep clean I can use another! The pads that come with it are WONDERFUL as well and the head is MUCH longer than the Swiffer Wet Jet! Not to mention this mop sprays a VERY good distance! I would recommend this to ANYONE!!! So worth it!!!!

Once I had it together correctly the sprayer worked well. I have not gotten it to put out a fine mist but, then I am not sure why I would use that option. I did think it was going to put out a wide spray but all I get is a stream and that works just fine. The seller has been very fast to respond to my questions. It is lighter than my wet jet and the pads clean better. I would love the opportunity to buy extra pads. My house is either stone tile or hardwoods so I do a lot of mopping! This is a better way to do it.

UPDATE: their customer service team did reach out to provide a refund, and to advise they are making improvements to their product. I think it’s great they are proactive about customer satisfaction, and hope their newer mop versions hold up to more pressure than the one I had.————————————————Look for a higher quality spray mop - this mop snaps in half after a few weeks of use. Pretty pointless if the mop can’t hold up to some floor scrubbing pressure.

I really liked this mop when I bought it 4 months ago, but today the bottom section snapped right off while I was mopping and it’s broken. Sad!

Nice and innovative product, which many MNCs/brands miss, since their business model is around refills, etc.It cleans my laminated hardwood floor to my satisfaction. It's easy to wet the floor and dry it with the same stick, just need to change the cloth.Finally the cloth is washable, just put it in washer and its ready for another round of cleaning.

Initially, I thought this mop was going to be a real WINNER, but that gave way with repeated use. As you can see from the photos, the metal seam that joins the two (2) pieces of the handle frayed. It's not like we put a lot of pressure on it. It is after all a mop. We had it for five (5) weeks and its ostensibly unusable now. It will completely snap after any use now---FAIL!!!

It is light but still sturdy. I bought this to replace my swifter wet jet b/c the wet jets handle bends when your trying to scrub, you have to buy replacement rags, & the mop head was only 10”.Having the 18” head with reusable mop/rag has been very nice. It has cut my time down for needing to mop b/c it is larger.I would recommend to anyone.I did not rate durability since I have had it for a short time. It appears that it will hold up well but don’t know just yet.

I love this mop! Good quality and gets the job done without having to purchase an endless supply of cleaning pads. It comes with 3 and just throw them in the wash. I also love that I can use my own cleaner and don’t have to keep purchasing a certain kind. Overall a good value and will save you money in the end vs the other mops of its kind.
