delivery was on time and very easy to put together and proud to put it in my front yard.

Flag pole is great.

The product was great. No information about needing to first dig a deep hole and concrete it. Returns were made to be difficult. I had no choice but to return it.

This is a great replacement for my old wooden flag pole.The hardest part was getting my old one out of the ground. Installation was easy and assembly is slip together. The flag is good quality, the pole is sturdy aluminum and the look is great. The picture instructions are pretty clear, this 'ain't rocket science. Very happy with this. It went up in about an hour.UPDATE: It went up in the beginning of June and it is now September and the rope failed. It appears to have degraded due to UV weathering. The whole rope is fragile. Buy yourself a decent braided, UV resistant rope.UPDATE 2: It's now November a year later and I've had to replace the escutcheon plate with a metal one. The plastic one split in half, presumably from UV damage. Another note; if you don't mount this in cement, get a piece of schedule 40 PVC 2" x 4' and put it at least 3 ft into the ground. I put a 20" piece of 1 1/2" PVC inside to lift the pole to it's original height. The original mount didn't stand up to Cape Cod winds as it's only 20" deep. So far I've replaced all the parts except the pulley. The pole has stood up so we'll see how it makes it through this winter.UPDATE 3: Well it's 2023 and a windstorm in January folded the pole to the ground. The wind was 40 to 60 mph and too much for the pole. I probably should have taken the flag in but I didn't. I guess I'll get one that will take the high winds.

Good value, but one of the sections snapped. Don't need the whole kit but could sure use one replacement section. Not sure how to do this

Easy to set up and install! Came with a black top ball which,I painter silver. Flag is now saluting the neighborhood!
