Everything worked great right out of the box. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The value for our money was excellent. Top quality, the cameras look built to last. We installed these cameras in an office building with 2 floors and the cameras had no problem finding the NVR and automatically added it. The range is very good. Connections are stable. Web access is great. Also customer service is on point with answering any questions. It’s been 6 months and they’re still working like a champ.

we bought this kit of 16 cameras for our new store, we wanted wireless because we didnt want to have the hassle of wiring cameras, they were super easy to connect and install, as soon as you plug them in they're live. love the video tutorial to make things easier for you to install. we ended up getting a few more to add to it. if you dont want the hassle this will be a good kit to start with.

Problem Solved! We deployed the Hiseeu system in our Music school and it worked well for several months. One day the lights went out. Working with the Hiseeu customer service team they were able to replace our NVR base unit to get us back online quickly!

Great cameras and dvr, their customer service is top notch. We had a problem with the hard drive and they sent a replacement dvr plus a replacement hard drive. Highly recommend this company.

The cameras work great. Images are clear and the motion detection is good. We are in central Michigan with extreme temps both cold and hot and they do hesitate. The one time I reached out to customer service Abby was very helpful and knowledgeable.
