Great for baby food jars as well as regular canned goods, I definitely recommend these racks!
I bought two of these for my pantry several months ago, and they are holding up great! I use one for basic canned goods, and the fatter cans like spaghetti sauce, fruit, Progresso style soups, do have to go on the top rack, as they won't fit in the lower racks. Each shelf hold regular 15 oz cans three across by three deep. Technically, I can fit four cans deep, but the fourth one hangs partially off the lip of the rack, and if I did that in each spot the rack would become front-heavy and likely tip over (I decided not to test that theory). Smaller cans, like 10 oz Cream of Chicken soup, can fit four deep but still only three across (with some wiggle room). 24 oz cans of spaghetti sauce will fit two across by three deep on the top shelf, and still have enough room for six cans of tuna, two across by three deep. The second rack I bought to hold baby food, so regular 4oz glass jars fit four deep by five across per shelf, so with six shelves the racks holds 120 baby food jars, or you can do what I did and use the top shelf to hold all of the random other little snacks that babies go through so quickly. The racks are a little wobbly when you take cans in and out, but even being used several times per day I've never had a shelf fall. The most that's happened is a divider bar popping off, which doesn't affect much and is easy to slip back on. The only downside is that you can only see the can that's in front, so I only put like items in the same row, or I forget what's back there. Since it's only three cans deep it's not a big deal to check what you have, though, and to rotate cans if needed, since you can only put cans in through the front, not the back (so if you have one can of beans left and buy two more, you have to take out the one, put the two new purchases in, then put the older can in the front of the rack). Not a big deal to me, but may be a deal breaker for some. I definitely recommend these, and are the best storage I've found for baby food in particular, especially at this price.

works perfectly! exactly fit a 10" deep shelf :)
It is perfect. It fits perfectly on my 10" deep shelf, was easy to put together, fits an assortment of cans. It will not hold up a car, but it holds all of those cans just fine. I forgot to put in the slide deviders, but they are not really necessary for me. I needed to be able to keep a larger assortment with only a few of each item; I can have two of each veg and have plenty of variety by putting the cans in long-wise, and the cans slide right down like they are supposed to. One note - I left the front of the bottom tray directly on the shelf, not on it's bracket - see pic - to accommodate the getting the cans in and out of the bottom shelf. Also there is 13 1/4" between the shelves. Works like a charm! For $8 you can't beat it - I'm getting a second one.

A good product that could have more depth.
This is a sturdy item and I had no difficulty with assembly. It held together well once the shelves were inserted and I was able to easily move the entire unit to where I wanted it in my pantry. It can be assembled as shown with six shelves or it can exist as two units (each with three shelves). It feels very solid and secure. I did not use the included divider bars. I use a lot of fairly standard sized cans of food, such as 15.5 ounce cans of chickpeas, 13.5 ounce cans of coconut milk, and 14.5 ounce cans of diced tomatoes. I use these three foods the most of all the canned foods in my pantry and wanted these racks to organize my stockpile. I wish the rack were deeper. If it were, I could easily fit 12 of each type of can per shelf, but can only fit 9 total because the shelves are not deep enough to accommodate four cans in a row. I don't really buy soup cans, which are smaller, but I do buy small cans of tomato paste (6 ounce size), tomato sauce (8 ounce size), and canned green chilies (4 ounce size). I can successfully fit more of these smaller cans, with a smaller diameter, per shelf. I took a star off of the review because it was frustrating to me to be unable to put up my most commonly used foods four cans deep. I foolishly tried to put an extra can, resting on top of the third can and the back of the rack, on each row on the top tier. I recommend you do not try that. As does the big toe on my right foot. It was attacked when one can of chickpeas decided to do a belly flop off of that top tier onto my foot! Overall, a good product, but be aware, if you stockpile certain cans of food in the size range mentioned, that you will have a gap in the back of each tier behind the three cans that do fit. I have inserted my small cans of tomato paste in front of the three larger cans, but my OCD side doesn't really like the way that looks. I didn't read the assembly instructions (I know an engineer who claims they are really "destructions" and meant to be read only when taking a thing apart). I first had the sides turned out the wrong way and couldn't fit the first shelf into place, so I turned the sides in the other direction and everything went together quickly and easily. I read some of the other reviews and I guess that's a common issue -- the sides facing the correct direction. I might buy again. I'll play with what I put on the two I have (I have them set up to be individual can organizers and I do not have them stacked right now) and decide later on. I am glad that I ordered, but I wish I had considered the depth of the item and the capacity of each tier of the organizer.

Put together wrong at factory
Overall, I'm not unhappy with the product. However one of the items was put together incorrectly at the factory, so that when the shelves were put on, the cans would roll to the back instead of the front. The side pieces need to be taken off, flipped over, and connected to the opposite side. Rather than doing that, I have temporarily worked around it by turning the entire assembly upside down. Unfortunately, this makes the unit unstable, since the "foot" is now on top. The box was also missing the rubber feet that were supposed to attach to the bottom per the instructions. It also doesn't hold as many cans as it says it does -- maybe if you have nothing but 10 oz soup cans, it might. It is functional and does help to organize the pantry.

My Cans are on a Stairway to Heaven: "Copco 2555-0188 Non-Skid 3-Tier Cabinet Organizer, 15-Inch" so that's perfect, but this Can Rack is a perfect Plates & Bowls holder/organizer for my cupboard. Besides the top shelf of this Can Rack was touching the top of the shelf with the cans on them. So those Canned Goods are on the stairway to heaven and this becomes the organizer for the plates and dishes. That cupboard is perfect size to have plates on each shelf of this Canrack, not only that, but bowls and small saucers on the side on the same shelf. Sharing and organizing at will, because all those old heavy plates and old light plates are always on top of each other, so now I have the light ones alone and the heavy one's alone. I don't like heavy dishes, and I don't like moving them to get to the wonderfully light dishes. And we have two of these Racks on the shelves, they both do the same thing, and in between them both we put the special tall glasses and cups and stuff. It's fun and sweet, and a good thing I could use it for something else other than the Canned Goods because apparently no one likes it for that. But it's not useless it's perfect for me and could be used for anything else that needs that kind of build, such as an arts and crafts room, or an office, so don't give up on it, it does help. "What? A Canrack? Mom says it's a holder for her different washroom make-ups and creams". It holds paper, papers, mail and magazines to name a few other things, so think of it as the Company getting the name wrong, and asking you to call it something else besides useless. Get Creative. When you're working on the different rooms with your washing and cleaning brushes, you can keep the cleaning brushes on this thing, with drying towels on the top, it's handy and practical. Having a Barbecue or Social Gathering, everyone loves a table displayed with foods, not racks, but foods, and you can put trays on these racks or big square plates, and then snacks or foods, on each shelf of this CanRack. No one will realize it's not even for social event snack tables. You won't find anything of this design or build anywhere else but this company and right now, so even though it's not good for what they say it is, it is still good, and you'll wish you found this design or build for something else later on down the road. Besides, If you hate it so much, give it to Mom without a name, and she'll find something for it, loving it, and asking you to get another one, then you can tell her your story and she'll laugh and laugh and laugh. Enjoy Mom's Laugh that's worth it all.
