I've used this product for decades, BUT in the small 4oz bottles. Do your own math yourself and calculate your savings when you buy the gallon size and refil those little bottles! If you have the space - and the volume of use to get this gallon fullly savored in several years - invest in it. The quality is excellent; it livens up meats, in chiles and sauces. I do much of my cooking inside on stove or in oven, and this makes the kitchen feel/smell as though I'm grilling!

I've previously enjoyed using the 472ml size of mesquite, so when I saw the gallon size, it was a case of why not!!

Great price for a gallon of liquid smoke. My husband uses it for making beef jerky. It has a good flavor and a small amount goes a long way.
