I wish Plantronics still made the M70 Bluetooth headset, but they don't. Bluetooth headsets must look like insects to dogs, because they tend to get chewed up or otherwise not last forever, and I've tried a few unsatisfactory replacements. This is the first one I like in terms of comfort, functionality, and sound quality (I still have one working M70, and people tell me this headset sounds about the same as that one). In fact, the battery life and range (distance from my phone) of this headset are even better than the M70.I don't like the ear hook and speaker cover as well as the M70, but the ear hooks and covers I'm used to are inexpensive to buy separately, and since I have some on hand, I'm already using a different ear hook.Update 9-9-25: After a few months, I’m liking this headset even better than the M70. I’m using an M70 ear gel, but I’ve gone back to the ear hook that came with this device. It’s soft and flexible, and I’ve discovered that it not only rotates around the base of the speaker, where it clips on, but also around its own clip, so I can switch the earpiece from left ear to right ear without detaching and reattaching the ear hook. Very convenient. I haven’t seen another ear hook like it.

I’m a truck driver and needed something simple and reliable for long hours on the road. I don’t like the big headsets that cover your whole head, so I decided to try this earpiece — and it’s been great!The battery life easily lasts more than 10 hours, which is perfect for my shifts. It was very easy to pair with my phone, and the sound quality is excellent, especially for phone calls. Voices come through clear, and people on the other end hear me without issues.I also like that it has a great charging USB, making it quick and convenient to recharge when needed.It’s lightweight, comfortable, and affordable. Honestly, I’m impressed with how well it works for the price. I’d definitely recommend it to other drivers or anyone needing a hands-free option. I’ll be buying another one for backup.

Decent earpiece, extra star for value.Pros: fitting options are fairly good, with a range of ear plug sizes, a "loop", and an optional over-the-ear clip. Individual up/down volume buttons (some just have one button which cycles through available volume levels), and a USB-C port. No dongle or external case needed for charging. Noise cancellation is actually present and has a positive effect, which at this price point is pretty amazing. Battery life is good; I use it for probably an hour per day on average and I charge it maybe twice per week (caveat, see "cons" for why this may effectively be getting used for more than an hour per day).Cons: sound quality is a bit "boomy", with an inappropriate level of base for something most people will only use for voice calls. Turning down the volume a bit in these conditions can help make it clearer, but if the caller on the other end is using a setup that adds an echo or if they're in well-tiled bathroom they can be really difficult to understand with this earpiece. Unfortunately the volume seems to automatically get set to max at the start of each call (I would suspect my phone is to blame for this except I haven't had this issue with other earpieces), so the first thing I have to do with each call is turn down the volume a few notches. Something about having this device connected always results in music unintentionally getting played. Every time I reach into my pocket for the earpiece or my phone I find music through Spotify or local MP3 player has been playing for hours, even though I even want to use this thing to listen to music. Either the button gets pressed too easily or it doesn't maintain a steady connection to the phone and each time it reconnects media starts playing.Conclusion: I was hoping this would be finally be a worthy replacement for my discontinued Plantronics E50, but although the noise cancellation is a plus the sound quality isn't up to the mark. I will keep looking.

I have bought a lot of these and always happy TILL a few months ago I got 1 dropped it and the thing came apart I pushed the silver part back in but it kept coming out.I bought atwin pack next same problem after just a few days I dropped it and came apart againthis time when I pushed the part back in the ear it didnt work

Quality seems ok but volume is too low to use at work. Won’t stay in my ear without the hook devise, my old Jabra one would.

For the past two years I have been using Jabra Bluetooth which did not totally function with the phone. It did not play any of the videos on YouTube or any music I could only use it to talk to people that called me or that I call. This New Year piece that you sent me is fantastic I can play YouTube I can watch videos I can listen to music it is a far superior product than Jabra makes and so happy I bought this from you and it has good clarity and good reception when I make phone calls thank you so much for a great product at a good price. This headset is better than I expected. It is so light and comfortable and everyone says the sound quality is very good. It holds a charge and makes talking at work easier because most of the time I would try to write while holding my phone by my ear. It works very well for what I need. I am normally doing other things while talking on the phone and this allows me to do that! Well worth the money!

I'm giving this item 2 stars only because it works.The battery, I'm sure, doesn't last as long as advertised but it does last awhile.It's reasonably comfortable to wear.I'm returning it because of its terrible sound quality. Even at moderate volume it sounds distorted. I mean it sounds absolutely terrible !It does stay connected well and has good range.I don't consider this a good value at all for any price. And definitely do not recommend it.
