I'm 76 years old & I've been taking SBPA for a 4+ years now. It's definitely reduced the number of times I used to wakeup & go to the bathroom. On occasion I can sleep a full 8 hours uninterrupted.

Have just about going through my 1st order, three 60 count bottles. I only took 1 pill a day and it worked for me. I was getting up 1-2 times a night and harder to pee when I did. Now I usually sleep all night and are able to empty my bladder much better before bed. It works for me as I said with only 1 pill a day..... will be re-ordering soon!

This product works well for me, however, the size of the tablets seem smaller than the size of the tablets (of the same product) that I have bought locally.
