BEBEFEN Berberine Capsules with Black Pepper Extract - 90 Capsules - 3 Month Supply

Fast delivery (within 3 days). I'm using the Berberine as a supplement to losing weight combined with Lipozene. I started out with a different brand of Berberine but was looking for a supplement that I would only have to take once every day, which I can do with this brand. Loosing the first 20 lbs. seems to be the easiest weight to loose but it becomes harder afterwards. I prefer to loose between 5 to 8 lbs. a month, that way I can maintain my overall body weight. I'm disabled and therefore can't go to a gym and do a daily work out routine, but I can do certain things around my house, like cleaning, laundry, etc., that helps me sweat and burn calories. The Berberine gives me a nice energy boost plus helps with controlling my sugar cravings (I love chocolate). Combined with eating healthy meals that include fresh vegetables and fruits. I have lost close to 30 lbs. so far and hope to loose another 25 lbs. before the cold weather arrives, which hampers my ability of working out and sweating at least 1 hour a day (in increments) severely. I should hopefully be able to maintain my new body weight but tend to gain some weight during the cold season due to the limited supply of fresh vegetables and fruits. I will continue to use both the above mentioned Berberine from Bebefen and Lipozine together until I feel that I have reached my set goal of 175 lbs. or are unable to loose any more weight. The Berberine will always be a part of my live since I have type 2 diabetes and it enhances insulin sensitivity, lowers the production of glucose in the liver, and helps to transfer excess glucose into cells. I was diagnosed with liver fibrosis a couple of months ago and added berberine and inositol to my daily regime to help my liver with the milk thistle, artichoke, and curcumin that I have been using for years.

I will know more when I have lab work drawn in Oct but I did have some non-fasting blood work done two weeks ago and my glucose was 80. I am quite pleased. Hope my HbA1C is normal in Oct. The tabs were tasteless, had black pepper which helps them to be more bioavailable, and easy to swallow. Good deal for great price. Plan to purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. Ran out of my regular product and when trying to find it came across these. They were cheaper and appeared to have more MG per serving. I take 1 every morning with my ACV and probiotics. I am actively trying to get healthier. In the process I have lost 32 lbs since May with no exercise and no actual diet. Just adding the few supplements listed and making smarter choices. These work juat as good as my others for half the price. So I would recommend and will probably reorder

I was on metformin for 9 Mos. and found my blood glucose levels rising in addition to my cholesterol and lipids increasing. After doing extensive research I found these to be some of the side effects of taking metformin. I immediately phoned my doctor and told him I was stopping the metformin. I then did more research and read about Berberine and how it helps with glucose levels. I found a few other products and made a cocktail and within days my glucose levels dropped. I take my levels before meals and after fasting 2 hours. I had a huge meal and my levels were higher than I wanted, so I took one Berberine pill before eating a huge sushi meal. The meal included lots of rice and saki. After fasting for 2 hours my levels were extremely lower (83). I was stoked! Although I love eating, I have really cleaned up my diet except my cheat day on Fridays (sushi night). I highly recommend Berberine to help with blood glucose levels. There are some precautions particularly with those on insulin. I was misdiagnosed type 2 with a1c of 4.5%. I'm new to the whole berberine herb, but I thought I would try it. I have been taking it for just under 2 weeks and lost 2 lbs thus far, only taking one capsule a day in the morning with my first meal or lunch. Since i am seeing results, I am now taking one with my first meal and one before bed. It doesn't say, but from my reading they recommend taking the capsules before a meal, 30 minutes is ideal. Since I am adding a before bed dose, food is not an issue and it has not affected my sleep in any way.

Really helps lower your blood sugar and may cut some of your cravings

Product seemed to work. Didn't like that the precise quantity (dose) of the Berberine is not specified. Transparency is important

I've taken berberine for a long time now and this one is the best for me. I feel great, no side effects and this is a lot more convenient since you only need to take 1 pill a day. Easy to swallow too, which I appreciate. I was taking berberine 3x's a day and occasionally would forget a dose. My blood sugar is stable and the price is awesome. Thx!
