Green Tea Scent Spray

Lovely, fresh fragrance. My mother used to wear this in the 90s and I have lovely memories of this fragrance. She liked it as a spring and summer fragrance. I like it for any time of the year! It's really pleasant and has that citrussy, green, fresh aromatic feel to it. I find the fragrance very uplifting even if it is not very loud. I'm not sure how to describe the smell but it feels lemony (with a hint of bergamot) and settles into a very fresh, musky. On my skin, this lasts a good couple of hours and I can smell it on my clothes for longer. I find this fragrance value for money.

Green Tea di Elizabeth Arden è un profumo che appartiene alla categoria degli agrumati-aromatici. La boccetta è essenziale, leggermente arrotondata ai bordi, e il colore verde tenue del tappo e della foglia rimandano a un'idea di freschezza e semplicità. Il dettaglio carino è che la foglia (opaca rispetto al resto) è disegnata sul retro, quindi dà l'impressione di essere all'interno della boccetta anziché in superficie. Come sempre, io non apprezzo i tappi di dimensioni così grandi, che rubano un po' la scena al profumo. Ma sono appunto dettagli, e vanno a gusto personale. Persistenza: su di me media. 🎶🎵 LE NOTE DI QUESTO PROFUMO 🎶🎵 Note di apertura: Limone, Bergamotto, Menta, Scorza di Arancia e Rabarbaro Note centrali: Gelsomino, Muschio di Quercia, Muschio, Finocchio, Garofano e Ambra Bianca Note di base: Tè Verde, Gelsomino, Muschio di Quercia, Muschio, Semi di Sedano, Carvi, Chiodi di Garofano e Ambra. Se dovessi definire questo profumo in tre parole, direi: equilibrio, freschezza, leggerezza. Equilibrio perché le note viaggiano in perfetta sintonia, senza sovrastarsi l'una con l'altra: appena spruzzato percepisco la leggera asprezza degli agrumi, ma subito dopo arrivano i fiori bianchi, i muschi, le spezie, le foglie di tè. Tutto perfettamente dosato, con grande maestria. Niente è fuori posto, niente è in più. Freschezza perché è un profumo pulito, che sa di verde, di foglie e natura. Leggerezza perché, pur avendo tutte queste note, rimane sempre molto delicato, lieve, quasi in sottofondo. CONSIDERAZIONI: Questo è il profumo perfetto per l'estate. Un profumo discreto, che non darà mai fastidio. Quello da indossare anche nelle giornate più calde, in cui si vuole sentirsi fresche e profumate senza però nauseare sé stesse o gli altri. Magari non brilla quanto la stella più appariscente del firmamento, ma sicuramente ha un fascino più sottile, etereo, delicato. Dovessi fare un paragone in termini umani: se Hypnotique Poison mi può far pensare a Jennifer Lopez o a Zendaya, Green Tea mi rimanda a Cate Blanchett o a Gwyneth Paltrow. LO CONSIGLIO? Assolutamente sì, è un must have estivo. Da spruzzare senza timore, con qualsiasi temperatura, in ogni momento della giornata, a qualunque fascia d'età si appartenga. Si può anche azzardarne un acquisto al buio, perché è talmente gradevole e delicato che difficilmente può non piacere; e anche se fosse, visto il costo contenuto si può sempre utilizzare come pensierino per qualcuno. Certo, si può usare anche in altri periodi dell'anno, in primavera va benissimo. Ma, per quanto mi riguarda, nelle stagioni fredde viro in modo naturale verso essenze più calde e dolci, lasciando che gli agrumati si esprimano al massimo con l'arrivo del caldo (con rare eccezioni). NOTE AGGIUNTIVE E CURIOSITÀ 📌Questo profumo è opera di Francis Kurkdjian, uno dei nasi più conosciuti e rinomati al mondo, che ha creato essenze per le più grandi maison, tra cui Burberry, Elie Saab, Narciso Rodriguez e molte altre. Questo per dire che non bisogna avere preconcetti nei confronti dei profumi low-cost, perché il prezzo contenuto non equivale necessariamente a una bassa qualità. 📌Di questa linea esiste anche la versione White Tea, di cui avrò a breve un campioncino. Se vedo che la recensione torna utile, la aggiornerò con un piccolo confronto fra le due versioni. Spero di esserti stata utile 😊
