I bought four of these lights. One of them is not working and is only flickering. I have not had a chance to try to use it until just now and it is out of warranty. Bummer.!!!

I seldom give reviews but this product warrants comment. I am a retired consulting electrical engineer and specified and approved $millions worth of lighting systems over the years. This fixture is beautifully made and works great for low acuity tasks in the dimmed mode and is good for high acuity tasks at full power. The color rendering is good and the color temperature is pleasingly warm. The form is compact enough to fit nicely behind a minimal valance board under a cabinet. With only a 1-1/4" valance on our existing cabinets the fixture is completely hidden from view unless you practically lay your head on the counter below. All in all this is the best under cabinet light I've seen and would be specifying them for commercial projects if still working. Oh and yes the price is excellent.

This under cabinet LED light fixture replaces a 17 year old fluorescent one that finally died. It was super easy to install with included self taping wood screws. Care was taken not to over tighten the screws because the fixture housing is plastic, and after reading other reviews, those who over tighten run the risk of cracking the plastic. My old fixture was wired into the cabinet so I simply hooked up the new fixture to the existing wires. The switch on this new fixture is a rocker type… one direction gives a low light, the center position is off, and the other direction is a brighter light. It is really nice to have two levels of light to choose from. The light casts a warm tone, not an artificial blue tone you sometimes get with LED lights. I find the light cast by the under cabinet light is very pleasant in the evening, or on dark overcast days. The electric consumption is extremely low, and LED’s last a very long time (years and years). I’m very pleased with this fixture.
