I knocked our original remote in the sink and fried it so we needed to order a replacement.The original remote frequently turned the TV on again a few moments after you turned it off - which was annoying because we'd wake up in the morning with the TV screen on because it came back after we turned it off at night.That is no longer a problem since we ordered this replacement, so if that's happening to your TV too, this would solve that. The only issue with this one is sometimes shortly after turning the TV on, it shows an alert at the top of the screen that the remote needs to be paired. It clearly already is because it's working with the TV just fine, but it pops up anyway and then disappears after a few seconds. Maybe there's a solution to it yet, but so far we haven't figured one out. Other than that, it is just the same aesthetically as the old remote and everything functions perfectly.

It works. I have purchased several remotes since I lost the original remote for my Samsung TV. This one works better than any of the other substitutes I have purchased. I don’t know about the voice function, because I don’t use it, but as far as simply using the function buttons, they work very nicely. Thank you for offering a quality product for the price.
