WOW!!! Just…WOW!!! This subwoofer brought my already impressive 9.4.0 home surround sound system to an entirely new, more dynamic and impressive level of sound quality that punches well beyond that of any systems found in high end movie theaters. I had intended to simply replace the faulty built-in amplifier in my then 15” sub, but then read where the new subs from Klipsch have been completely redesigned, being capable of reaching even further down into levels that are exceed the ability of the human ear to physically hear, in this case, 16 decibels (bottom of human capabilities to hear are 20 decibels). My former 15” sub reached down low as well, but not quite THAT low. And just why is this important? Because even though your ears can’t hear such low frequencies, your body most certainly does. Such low frequencies bring movies to life, bringing in a sense of realism that lesser systems simply can’t achieve. The hardest part of throwing away the older subwoofer was having to watch as it was placed in the back of the garbage truck. It was as if I was watching an old friend being disposed of in a most undignified manner. But that only lasted a single day, as my new 14” subwoofer showed up on time the very next day. And although it’s an inch smaller in size, the second coming from it both sounds and feels as though it’s 10 inches larger. It really is that much improved. Everything has been improved. From the powerful amplifier (now with a full 5 year warranty), to the vent port in the front and the materials used for the enclosure are all new, and are better in every way possible. This new sub even has sound isolating feet, something clearly lacking from my old sub, a critical part if you’re planning to use a turntable. There’s nothing more to say…just…. WOW!!!!! Recommend? Uh…DUH!!! (That means YES!!!!!). Klipsch calls themselves “THE KEEPER OF THE SOUND.” When it comes to subwoofers, they most definitely are. (The remaining portion of my speaker systems are all high end POLK AUDIO), which sound incredible with Klipsch subwoofers).

Reicht mir

Well packaged and a great product. I bought a second one from the same seller over a full year later as I was so satisfied with the product and experience. Exceptional home theater subwoofer.

First off, I'm not an audiophile or an expert. But I have ears that also happen to be attached to a body and you don't need to be an expert to hear and feel the power of this subwoofer. I was absolutely thunderstruck by the sheer forcefulness and envelopment of the amazing bass sound produced by this speaker. It is overwhelming in the best possible way! It literally rocks the entire house. To say that you can feel the rumble of the bass throughout your body and bones is a gross understatement. It is absolutely game changing to say the least! And as phenomenal and powerful as the bass is, it is also has impeccable clarity. And perhaps just as importantly, it integrates beautifully with the other Klipsch speakers in the theater, complimenting rather than overpowering them--producing a magnificently engulfing experience. You will not be disappointed!
