Q: How many pots does one bag yield?

I used small PLASTIC not clay. and they each hold probably about one and one half cups. So you should get maybe 15 of this size. Remember to make sure you have holes in the bottoms of the pots as you always water these from the bottom. I'm learning about these every day. I also keep these under grow lights about 12 to 16 hours a day. So far so good.

Q: Will I need to add sphagnum moss to this?

It already has soil amendments, including peat moss.

Q: How do i prepare this soil for my vft baby i'm about to repot ?

It is prepared and ready for any type of carnivorous repotting!
