this item doe's not work in parking mode on Australian model lexus. i have been told by dongar that Amazon is not an authorized reseller of dongar products and as such they are not liable for any refunds.

Great Adapter – Compact, Easy to Install, Works Perfectly! I’m really impressed with the Dongar Pro adapter. Installation was super easy — literally plug-and-play with no hassle or extra wiring. It’s very compact and doesn’t clutter the windshield area at all. The build quality feels solid, and it powers my dash cam reliably without any loose connections or interference. If you want a clean, simple, and professional-looking setup for your dash cam, this adapter is perfect. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service! I bought it for my lexus, received a malfunction unit, reached out to the company, they instantly responded and worked with me to solve the problem. They deemed it’s a DOA, sent me a replacement right away, now it’s working great. Great idea to solve the cable mess, even better customer service! Highly recommended this gadget for dashcam.

I was impressed with the Dongar Pro's innovative design and ease of installation. The DIY approach is significantly more straightforward than traditional hardwiring through the fuse box, which typically requires testing multiple fuses for ACC and BAT connections. The product arrived promptly, and I was initially very satisfied. However, I discovered that none of the wire adapters included with the Dongar Pro were compatible with my 2019 Toyota Corolla. While the instruction manual does contain a compatibility list, I wish this information had been readily accessible on the Amazon product description page prior to purchase. This would have helped me verify compatibility before ordering. Despite having to return the product due to incompatibility with my specific vehicle, I still rate this 5 stars based on its quality, design, and ease of use. I would recommend this product to others, provided they verify their vehicle's compatibility beforehand.
