Q: How do I twist a can open? I just spent 4 minutes and had to give it up.

When turning counter clock-wise, minimal twisting pressure should be required to open the product. Often all that is needed is improving your grip when twisting the lid. A loose grip could be caused by the lid being damp, or perhaps it’s simply shiny and slippery. Grip-assisting items that may be able to help can be a dry dish towel, a silicone shelf-liner or plastic wrap or a pair of rubber gloves. This should help turn a slippery lid or hard to open lid into an open one, as when there is appropriate grip, minimal effort should be required to open.
