My Toyota 4Runner car battery was dead, apparently because I had not used the car all winter. It was now spring. I tried jumping it with my big, heavy Cen-Tech 940A jump starter/ air compressor from Harbor Freight that I had purchased a few years ago. It was fully charged, but would not start the engine. I remembered that I had the same issue a few years ago with this jump starter, and I had called AAA to come out and give me a jump. But, that was winter. This is now spring, and it still would not start the engine. So, I decided to look into getting a new jump starter. I looked at the many products on Amazon (hundreds?) and decided to go with the new technology Lithium battery type versions available in the newest (and smaller) battery jumpers. Since my vehicle has a big engine, I decided to go with a higher amperage product. So, the 8000 amps spec for this product was way up there, and the price was actually less than some lower amp products. I definitely also wanted the combination jumper/ air compressor.This device easily started my engine! It is compact in size, comes in a very nice carrying/storage case, has everything you need (including gloves). Couldn't be happier. Very easy to use. I haven't used the air compressor yet, though.Highly recommend this product. I will never go back to the old-style lead-acid battery style jumper. They are heavy, big, lose stored electricity very fast. In contrast, the lithium battery jump starters will hold a charge for a very long time (supposedly).

Works GREAT and easy to use! My car battery was nearly dead (no seatbelt indicator, no dome light power, only a faint click when I tried the ignition) and this battery jump starter brought it back to life. In two weeks, I've used it twice, on my car and on a neighbor's car. Solid product at a good price (under $100). Received in new condition with all parts--NOTE that it includes USB charging cables but no power brick; a 5V/2A adapter will charge the jump starter overnight, lower-rated adapters work, too. I used an old charger from a cell phone. But a 45W PD charger will juice it up in under 90 minutes.The jump starter is rated to start batteries in cars with gasoline engines up to 14 liters: my neighbor's Acura has a 2.0-liter engine, and my car has a 2.4-liter engine.It's a relatively compact device, and the charging speed is fine, cable length is fine, and the light level is fine.I've also successfully used the built-in air compressor to inflate tires. I doubt I'll ever use any of the other features: flashing lights, power bank for cell phone, insulated gloves, etc.It's a consumer-grade device, sturdy enough for personal use. If I owned an auto shop, I'd buy something less portable and more heavy-duty.

I was at first a little bit concerned about this jumpstart box before I even ordered it because we’ve bought some in the past and they were crap. But upon arrival it did come fully charged, which actually worked out very well because we had to jump one of our vehicles just a couple days after it arrived. So we put it to the test first I really like the case that it came in it has a handle so you can carry it. It’s not super heavy. It’s a padded hard, soft dish, kind of case and it holds everything included. It was really easy to set up and attach the jumper cables And really easy to jumpstart our vehicle and it worked perfect the first time the light on it seems very bright and useful, especially if you were stuck on the side of the road. I have not used it to charge any devices yet, but I am planning on taking camping when we go because it has many uses other than just jumpstarting a vehicle so far I’m extremely happy with my purchase and I think this item would make a great gift for Christmas for family members. I’m really glad we bought it.
