Definitely makes a difference in energy and recovery after a workout and cardio. It dissolves with little effort.

I personally love lemonade, and sometimes find myself drinking this solely because of the flavor.. completely forgetting about the benefits that the creatine is actually bringing. It is THAT good. As someone who goes to the gym 3-4 times a week consistently, being consistent with creatine is helpful, and this product makes it easy for me to stay consistent. Currently ordering my 3rd!

Does not dissolve good even use warm water bought a different brand and it dissolved great

This is the best creatine I have found. I tried capsules but you have to take 5 capsules to get your daily 5mg. It just stakes 1 scoop of this to get your daily 5mg. Some reviews said it causes bloating, this is not because of this product, creatine in general causes your muscles to be saturated which can give a bit of a bloating effect. I tried the orange flavor first and it wasn't bad, but the mango lemonade is the best. I have used this for about 2 months and I see a tremendous difference in my overall performance and muscle mass gains after taking this product. I did a 20mg a day loading phase to start for the first week and now I take 5mg daily to keep muscle saturation.

Won't buy this product anymore. It was open.
