Seems to have helped our old cat. Passes urine more easily but has not altered the odour of an old lady.Good value as liquid is lasting well. Would recommend trying before paying vets bills.

8 month update* no vet visits a since using this!My 6 year old male cat, who weighs around 7.5kg, has separation anxiety. I could go out for 6+ hours at a time or even go for an overnight stay whilst having someone else look after him for the evening and he'd still end up stressed.I have been at the vets 6x this year with urinary blockages full of mucus due to him being stressed. Was told he would end up needing PU surgery if he blocked happened again.. money that I just can't afford to pay and insurance won't cover. (Around £2,100) - which would also require a lot of care and attention and I've recently started a new job.I was at my whitts end spending hundreds of pounds on this cat and felt like I couldn't enjoy my life outside of him, had anxiety leaving the house or him alone, had to have a great deal of therapy from the stress it was also causing me. Especially when he was in pain.So, I thought, enough is enough and I decided to scan everywhere on google and do my research on cystitis, causes and other urinary issues. This has taken months and months of research. Vets suggested urinary diet, some vets said it doesn't work. Some vets suggested a behavioural therapist and some vets suggested rehoming. Something I'd never ever do.I came across this Urinary Gold and read through every single review on every single website that it's listed and the positivity and hope made me buy it and this is what I hope my review does for you.Please please please, If you have a cat in the same situation, BUY. THIS. I am just so shocked and happy and relieved that I no longer have to medicate him with controlled drugs and everything he gets from this Urinary Gold is natural.The flavour is absolutely disgusting, it smells bed and my cat gags when I gave him it.I syringe 1,0mL into his mouth once per day and then 1,0mL of water straight after to rid of the taste. Since doing this, he has been running around more, he's very active, alert and I've had ZERO vet visits for months!!!!I also use feliway optimum plug-in x2 alongside this.If your cat suffers from separation anxiety and has a cystitis issue. BUY THIS! It's better than spending £500 a vet visit. I will continue to keep him on this every day!

I am so glad I found this product. I have an elderly cat who was suffering with urinary problems (blood in urine, passing very small amounts, spending a lot of time in litter tray). I took her to the vet and he prescribed an anti-inflammatory and a glucosamine based supplement, neither of which made any difference. However, within three days of starting the Urinary Gold there was a definite improvement, although it did not cure the condition. I decided to gradually increase the dosage, which is based on body weight, and ended up doubling it, but did so cautiously in case there were side effects. The increase in dosage made all the difference and after about two weeks she was completely cured. I gradually reduced the dosage and now she is on just one drop twice a day as maintenance, which I may reduce further. I am very impressed with this product and particularly like that it comprises so many natural ingredients. My cat happily consumes it when it's added to her regular food. I don't think it is expensive for what you get (I paid more for the vet products that didn't work) and one bottle lasts a long time. I have bought another bottle as I don't want to be in a situation where I run out and she has a relapse. I highly recommend these drops; just remember it may take a few weeks for total remission, so patience is needed.

I don’t know if this is effective but my cats are in good health so I’ll carry on giving it to them. I put a couple of drops in their water and then stop for a week or so. Vet didn’t know about this product but she said it shouldn’t do any harm, based on the ingredients. Cats are not put off by the taste so that’s good. I wish it was more affordable though.
