Good replacement for original
I was a bit nervous using a different brand with my Black and Decker original charger. Thought it was worth a try. Works great.

Firestorm replacement battery
This is a good battery as seems better than the one that came with the sawzall. Works good for small jobs but might want a bigger AH battery for larger jobs.

Lasts three years
Do not ignore the information hidden near the bottom of this listing: this battery lasts three years. Since most people use it only four months a year, it really lasts only one year of use. That's not any better than B&D's nickel cadmium batteries, and they fit better. This was my experience. It worked for three summers, and now it won't hold a charge. I expect better.

I would buy it again!
Works great it fits my old black and decker pole saw perfectly and the battery life is very acceptable.
