Reviewing: "Grady's Cold Brew Coffee | Original - Brewed Strong | New Orleans Style Cold Brewed coffee Concentrate | Medium Roast Gourmet Coffee | Coffee Can | 4 Bean Bags | 12 Servings Per Can" Note: This was not a free Vine item, rather, an actual cash purchase. I am very pleased with this coffee. It is my first time trying this brand, and especially trying anything classified as "New Orleans style". The flavor is great - I really like the addition of the chicory, which reminds me somewhat of cinnamon. I don't think it adds "sweetness" per se, but it helps to offset the normal bitterness often found with cold brew. It's very easy to make - you add one pouch to 16 oz of cold water, refrigerate overnight, then pull out the used pouch the following morning (being careful to squeeze the coffee out without accidentally tearing the pouch). It makes a very strong concentrate that is recommended to dilute with water 1:1. To drink, pour some in a cup, add an equal amount of water, and drink chilled or pop in the microwave (but careful not to let it boil). You can also just add boiling water to dilute, but I like to just add the water and microwave it (easier) and it doesn't seem to affect the flavor. (You can also drink it straight undiluted if you want to, but I prefer the taste diluted, and the caffeine content is a bit more manageable for me that way, as well.) I followed the recipe exactly and am very pleased. I plan to order this again. I like a variety of different coffees and cold brews - this will be an excellent addition to the rotation. I would recommend this product without reservation!

First of all, it's smooth, rich, and delicious. The chicory flavor is not as prominent as it is in, say, Cafe Du Monde coffee, in spite of Grady's stating that they add chicory for sweetness. I barely detect it. It's not a bad thing for me. Chicory can be a distinct flavor. It's just kept tamped down here, to my taste. The hint of cinnamon adds a really nice complexity. I've tried several different brands of cold brew offered in pouches, including a few couple offered via Amazon. Grady's is both the best as well as offers the best value. I was frankly surprised. While the number of pouches per purchase may not impress at first (It may come across as overpriced at first glance), here it is a great value. With other brands, two pouches get brewed in 24 oz of water. After the brewing period, 8 more ounces of water gets added to finally produce 32 ounces of full strength coffee. In contrast, with Grady's cold brew (the pouches of coffee are larger), two pouches in 32 ounces of water (or 24 ounces with 8 ounces added after the fact) results in 32 ounces of fluid that is used as a concentrate. The resulting brewed concentrate is designed to then be doubled with milk and/or water, so you'll get 64 ounces of coffee out of that 32 ounces of concentrate. And even after the dilution, the coffee still has richness and depth. It's the best cold brew I've ever had.

I forgot how much I loved this coffee. I usually go through Tim Hortons almost everyday for a cold brew and I can make this at home, and it tastes just like the cold brew I get there.

I was skeptical due to price vs quantity. However a little goes a long way. No bitter taste and I prefer my coffee on the sweeter side. The natural flavor is aromatic and is one if the vest cold brews I've had that was made at home. Only reason for 4 stars, is that 2 of the bags ripped while trying to strain it after the soak time. Thus resulting with grounds in the coffee that then needed strained out. Which is hard to do unless you have a good strainer

I have bought this coffee many times. Its my go to for making my own brew.
