Infant Pacifier - Reindeer

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who is 6 months old. We love Wubbanubs so much that this adorable reindeer is the third in our collection, and we will be buying more. These are wonderful soothing products for my baby - she is soothed by the sucking of the pacifier, but the addition of the stuffed animal makes it superior to simple pacifiers. The extra weight of the animal keeps the pacifier in her mouth (all parents know what it's like when your baby keeps popping the pacifier out of their mouth and you have to continually put it back in) but it's not too heavy for her to push out of her mouth if she wants to. We've been using these since birth, and now at 6 months my daughter loves to suck on the pacifer while holding on to and rubbing the animal's legs, providing a soft soothing item for her hands (and she also rubs it against her face). They are also just adorable and I think they look super cute while in baby's mouth. We've gotten many positive compliments on these when we're out and about. Another plus-you can machine wash these! I simply put them in a zippered mesh laundry bag and toss them in with my baby's clothes. I've washed them several times and they have held up to daily use and multiple washings. These make an excellent baby shower gift. I'm glad we own several, that way I can keep one in the diaper bag, one in the bedroom, another in the living room, etc. I just wish I had discovered these when my older children were babies!

Absolutely adorable and smaller sized. The only down fall I see with it, is that the pacifier can't be changed out.

Love our reindeer wubbanub!!! It was perfect for the holiday season and we got so many comments from friends and even strangers about how cute it was. I especially love the plaid detail on the ears and feet! Even now after the holidays, we still use it and our baby loves looking at the red plaid feet and ears. This has been amazing at soothing our baby especially in the car and during diaper changes. As many others have said, the doll really helps to keep the pacifier on the baby's body and decreases the likelihood of the pacifier dropping completely onto the floor (which in our household used to result in the screaming or either one or both parents as we make a mad dash to wash it off before baby notices it's gone). Our baby is less fussy these days (thankfully!) and really loves to play with the actual reindeer. She holds onto it with both hands and tries to put the pacifier in and out of her mouth on her own. It's really cute to watch. I highly recommend wubbanubs! They're great as a soother, but also grow well with your baby as they start to grab the doll and play with it on their own.

We have a couple other Wubbanubs -- the owl is our clear favorite and our daughter's go-to -- but with another baby on the way, we wanted to get a go-to wubbanub for him. I did probably more research than I should have trying to pick out one that would be the best. We picked this wubabnub because it was super cute and looked like it would have multiple parts (legs) for our baby to hold onto. We also wanted one with a pretty stable neck, as one of the things we dislike about one of our other wubbanubs (the giraffe) is that its neck flops all over the place and it would often fall out of our baby's mouth. Anyway, so we decided to try this one. We love him! The plush is *very* soft. Its little arms are floppy enough that a baby can squeeze them and play with them, but the neck is stiff enough that the pacifier part won't just flop all over the place. I'm glad we did our research and picked one that will hopefully become a new favorite!

This has been the only pacifier my daughter likes and can keep in her mouth. The animal part of it makes it easy for her to grab and she is able to easily put it back in her mouth without assistance. I say buy 2 because while they are easy to throw in the washing machine with the other baby items you will need one to keep with the baby while one is in the wash. Having 2 has made it easy (plus gives us a spare). For the reindeer in particular, we planned on only using it for the holidays but it was so cute (and not overly holidayish) that it replaced the one we usually used. There was some discussion on whether it looks like a moose or reindeer so it has been settled as "Moosey" the reindeer 🤣

Great for infant

Kids and grandkids have all used these since we found them years ago. We kinda have a thing for reindeer, so when I saw this one it became a must have for our most recent grandbaby! And of course she loves it. They are such a cute way to keep track of the pacifier.
