The attractant is really foul smelling, but worth it. I installed a new lure and bulb in my zapper, and it's piling up the kills bigly.I get horrible reactions to mosquito bites and need the mosquitoes to visit the zapper instead of me. The lure seems to do the trick.

not as many mosquitos and the local bats are eating them as well. so who knows what's doing the work...

So bug zappers will kill many types of insects who fly into the danger zone and touch the charged metal panels. But they have to make the choice to fly into the danger zone. Some bugs are so attracted to the UV light that they will just blindly follow to their demise. Mosquitos... not so much. That is where these come in handy. These produce a smell that mimicks the scent that humans produce that mosquitos are attracted to. And it works. I can always tell when it's time to replace with a new one because I don't hear the bug zapper zapping any more. I switch the old out for a new one and pop pop pop. See ya. Wouldn't want to be ya.

I installed in my UV light attractor. The amount of bugs I attracted went up.

I went from using another much more expensive product I was using for 2 years to this to try and save money. This doesn't work at all our previously mosquito free property is inundated again. Going back to the expensive stuff.

Didn't see a difference between experiment big zapper 1, and my control big zapper 2.
